Compound Claude Code Memory

Every Claude Code session on my machine into a knowledge graph. I extracted the key concepts and keywords from each session, tagged them, and linked every session to every concept it touched. I modeled the relationships in MotherDuck as dim/fact tables (sessions, concepts, session_concepts, plus graph-shaped nodes and links). Then I rendered it as a deep-space 3D knowledge graph. Concepts are sized by how often I touch them. Sessions orbit their message clusters.
