Scrub years and watch countries switch off — Brexit erases Britain in 2020, Italy goes dark in 2024 — their last reported footprints lingering as embers. Then meet The Matchmaker: a symbiosis engine pairing each big waste producer with its nearest plausible off-taker (68.6M tons/yr matchable within 100 km).
