Doug joins us from Coinbase, where he led the Data Team responsible for AI / machine learning / data infrastructure. Previously he led the Semantic Scholar business unit at the Allen Institute for AI (AI2), the Alexa ML Platform at Amazon and founded two startups. Geekwire named him “a top player in the AI world.”
